Content-oriented services provided in the e-Government Gateway are for informative purposes only and they are based on redirecting these services to their owners. The legal consequences that may arise from these services offered through the e-Government Gateway and the integrity and correctness of the information belong to the party who owns the service and e-Government Gateway shall not be liable for these matters under any circumstances.

In the event that persons using e-Government Gateway provide E-mail, telephone, fax, demographic information or Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Identity Number, this information will not be disclosed unless the conditions specified by the legislation is occurred or approved by the person concerned and this information will be stored with the highest security and privacy technologies and standards. In case of the approval of the persons, this information will be used as the guidance information for the purposes of improving the services provided by the eGovernment and for better service to the persons.

The licenses and copyrights of materials, technologies which e-Government Gateway design consist of, information provided by the services and their use, reference, quotation and modification are owned by the e-Government Gateway. No organization or person shall distribute, rent, lease, reproduce, sublicense, modify or use items presented or being used in e-Government Gateway as a whole or partially for commercial or non-commercial purposes, unless written permission is obtained from the e-Government Gateway. The citation may be granted under the condition that the e-Government Gateway is cited.

The e-Government Gateway shall not be liable for service interruptions because of the technical failures (device, line, communication, etc.) that may be encountered by persons and institutions during the use of e-Government services.

The steps that people are expected to follow while using the password assigned during the use of the services provided in e-Government Gateway will be accepted as written instructions. e-Government Gateway has the right to terminate, stop, suspend the person’s account, cancel or change the password without informing the owners if assigned passwords are forgotten, stolen, misused and / or delivery information is incorrectly stated and / or e-Government Gateway needs to. e-Government Gateway can not be held liable for any material damage or loss that may arise because uf these circumstances.

The applications provided by e-Government Gateway may be subject to restrictions on the visual and functional features of the services, in case the persons do not want to obey, update and apply the security measures described by e-Government Gateway. It is acknowledged, declared and committed by the signing of the undertakings during the taking of the passwords.

e-Government Gateway has no criminal, administrative, juridical or legal responsibilities for the persons themselves and for the infants under guardianship on usage and access of services provided through e-Government Gateway. The individuals themselves and their parents are responsible for their own use of the e-Government Gateway.

e-Government Gateway and/or its employees (whether or not they are informed of the possibilities) are not liable of any direct or indirect loss or damage, in case of any errors, defects, software to damage computer systems (virus), deficiency, delay caused by deployment or administrative decisions, connection failure while using e-Government Gateway.

The information and contents provided by e-Government Gateway are provided by the public institutions which own the services and the sufficiency, accuracy and completeness of the services provided by them can not be guaranteed by e-Government Gateway. e-Government Gate has no liability due to malfuntionality, deficiencies, delays or failures in these services.

No warranties are given explicitly or implicitly, including but not limited to, warranties of non-infringement, proprietary rights, and / or computer viruses to third parties.

The risks of using the links given to the Internet sites of the public institutions via e-Government Gateway and the links given to other Internet sites, belong to the users. The correctness of the information in the area to which these links are directed, the qualities of the links given in the sites were not explored by e-Government Gateway, and no judgment was made about its correctness and reliability.

e-Government Gateway has the right to make changes in the services and the applications, pages, information, visual or written content which these services consist of; and has the right to temporarily suspend the services due to technical problems.
